Since IPCIH's establishment in 2010, Aijaz Ali Chhajro has guided the organization's growth from a grassroots peacebuilding initiative into an internationally recognized institution operating across 48 countries. His leadership spans interfaith dialogue, humanitarian response, and community development — always grounded in the belief that lasting peace is built through everyday collaboration between people of different faiths and backgrounds.
As Federal Chairman, he oversees a seven-tier leadership network — from international representatives to grassroots tehsil-level volunteers — ensuring that IPCIH's mission reaches communities at every level, from major cities to the most remote districts of Pakistan.
